We are looking for an experienced result - orientated and energetic individuals with good interpersonal and management skills for the following posts at N - ovative Health Technologies (NHT) Pvt.  Ltd - National University of Sciences & Technology (NUST), Islamabad.

Qualification / Experience:

• Company Secretary / GM Finance (Age: Above 40) Competitive Salary package A member of recognized body of professional accountants (ACA / ACCA / ACMA) OR member A member of recognized body of corporate / chartered  OR A person holding a Master's degree in Business Administration (Finance) / a fresh Graduate from University recognized by HEC. 

•  Preferably a Chartered Accountant with Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate organization with at least 05 years of extensive experience in a similar capacity in a Public Sector Company.  

• Well versed with Companies' Laws & SECP regulation. 

•  Fully understands the Secretarial Functions and requirements of compliances with applicable law & rules in regulations.

•   Candidates with diversity of experience from large companies of both Public and Private Sector will be given preference.

 1. Candidates are required to get their degrees / certificates verified from the concerned institution / HEC and will attach scanned copies of their documents (Academics Professional) along with their CVs.
